Am reading that Anglo kissed off that 1/2 billion long ago. So would not expect any partnership announcement till PERMIT is solidly in NAK hands.
Not really expecting that permit at the END OF THIS MONTH as some seem to be but soon, within the next 30 days (?) , if they are going to get one at all. Indications are that they WILL get it. IMO
