Not exactly, NAK knows the world copper reserves are dwindling. Smart money already partnered up in the past but the Obama regulations prevented anything from moving forward. Anglo invested how much 1/2 a Billion to do all of the front end work.

NAK has their RE-partner, the EIS alone costs millions that NAK isnt ponying up, the partner is. Permitting by the end of the month? We just need the announcement to legitimize everything they've touted this year.
