Then ECOS could still be at no-bid a year from now with no debt swap and no updated filings? And LRS, Hanscom K and ECOS/BIOart LLC would continue running along just fine as separate (private and prospering) entities?

DG I've had a hard time discerning just how many shares that will be. When I read the filings convertibles are spelled out yet I don't know how many are actually converting? Any input would be greatly appreciated.
