Kenny that is possible and a risk that the current shareholders of ECOS should know. Yet I don't see it playing out that way based on the latest 8ks, their desire to ease every ones minds from 2016 and back in addition to the way LRS is promoting the technology.

@Kennypooh. Said this a long time back. No real motivation for ECOS to be complaints with all this debt if they can merely function by proxy through other companies. ECOS can file for Banko and LRS can still get its new digesters via new channels. I think we’re kind of screwed here.
