if VNDM and/or CSTI are working for the convert holders they will not let go of 1 until they convert and sell.

Then ECOS could still be at no-bid a year from now with no debt swap and no updated filings? And LRS, Hanscom K and ECOS/BIOart LLC would continue running along just fine as separate (private and prospering) entities?

Hmmmm!
