I believe that IDCC is bound by the terms of their 1999 contract with Nokia for 2G and 3G..and are obligated to seek enforcement by means of Arbitration..IDCC has at this point in time decided not to exercise the Nokia 3G accrued royalties..which as 2G, IMO:has also been triggered.. This is a Management decision that can not be second guessed by those who are not privy to the complex market dynamics..

Ranger, as you may recall IDCC says there IPR crosses all 3G standards.
