Are you saying that Nokia's 3G royalty rate has been triggered, or that their 3G royalties are legally accruing based on any Nokia's 3G sales since 2002? If you think that Nokia's 3G royalty rate has been triggered, then what makes you think that? Had Ericy also licensed with IDCC for 3G, then Nokia's 3G royalty rate would have been automatically triggered too. However Ericy, an automatic trigger for Nokia's 2G and 3G royalty rates, has not yet licensed with IDCC for 3G yet.
