So playing devils advocate on MS, are we sure myelin sheath regrowth actually improves patient outcomes in the real world? If the wire is broken, then it's broken right?

Is there risk of failure similar to how the removal of plaques in AD doesn't actually improve patient outcomes?

When I started following AVXL a LONG time ago it was just a AD possibility, so adding the other indications has made this an interesting study.

I've mentioned this before, it's now the PD indication and seizures that has me intrigued. Oh and SLEEP.

This volume is brutal boring... as least learning some more science...
