Not a lot of confidence on either side with the small upfront $ and only $200 M total.

Plus what is this drug expected to do? I did not read how it would work. Appears Biogen is throwing them a bone.

Only 200mm with 28mm upfront is a weak deal and would have been a disaster for this company.
