You people need to understand that the big cork in the bottle here is the FDA, with its draconian rules and regulations. We now have over two years of data demonstrating safety and efficacy for 2-73 – so, why don't the fat bureaucrats get out of the way and let the free market work to some small degree.
At this point, I can see no reason why Anavex should not be able to market their life saving products (patients have ZERO to lose) - other than we have to overcome a fat bureaucracy that moves at a snails pace and only works diligently to preserve their existence and control over the peasants for whom they are supposed to serve.
