I see you enjoyed your delicious Thanksgiving feast without the gobbler. As it seems you are a good cook and master smoker and she is from across the pond the traditional turkey was not missed. And you didn't get the tryptophan dose that makes you comatose and good for nothing after feasting.

I've never tasted a parsnip but you made it seem that it's something that this culturally-deprived Mexican has been missing. I will try it if I can find it locally sourced, non GMO, sustainable and humanely harvested.
