I hope this is true, but I can't see why this classified information would be known to some lawyer. And even more, why a lawyer would share this information knowing that it's very sensitive inside information which would be illegal to share.
If I had this information however, I would be buying the hell out of GERS shares, knowing that they will for sure profit from a settlement. I hope BTZO does so to, but like you said....It's up to KK to decide.

Just to let you know, I did call there would be no further stay after Noverber 28th either. I posted it on the GERS board on October 30 2017. But that was all based on gut feeling.
