Do you know if the real estate will be purchased or leased? The movie "The Founder" on McDonalds proved that purchasing the land that each restaurant will be on, and leasing it to the franchisee, creates a non stop revenue stream in addition to any product sales. The movie shows how McDonalds discovered they were in the real estate business, not just food.
