...and regardless of what recommendation Sector tells me for my three searches, also called strategies, I will sell all and go to cash when this overall stock market signal drops below Zero.
< 0 = Negative, Go to Cash > 0 < 1000, Neutral. Follow the trend. Buy in if rising. Prepare to sell if falling. > 1000 < 2250, Positive. Get in if not already. > 2250 = Bullish. Stay in.
Thanks for the update. Question: With your Mutual Fund subscription have you every played with the settings on Minimum Hold Time in the information set up?
On my portfolio, I get a different recommendation if I choose Trade Any Day versus Trade > 30 Days or even Trade Month End. When I made my first decision back on Oct 2nd with a setting of Trade Month End it showed FSLBX at the top of the list. When I change to Trade Any Day it showed FBIOX and continued to show that even as FBIOX was in the middle of a 10% slide. Thankfully I was decided on FSLBX first.
Right now I have it set on Trade > 30 Days. Since I also want to know what the Trade Any Day recommendation is I was thinking to get a duplicate subscription. I would keep the first one as Trade > 30 Days and check all of the settings regularly on the second one. Crazy...
I am currently holding FSLBX brokerages (purchased 10/2), FBIOX biotech (purchased 10/27)and I purchased at the end of today FSAGX gold. And that is all I have to work with.
I have these all in my Surfer portfolio which consists of and in order of current ranking:
I have a second paid portfolio which is the Fidelity Bear Market strategy which I will employ when Storm Guard kicks in on the first portfolio. It consists of:
FNMIX New Markets Income FHIGX Municipal Income FLTMX Intermediate Municipal Income FSLXX Money Market FBNDX Fidelity Grade Bond Fund FGMNX GNMA Fund FBIDX US Bond Index FLBX- Long Term Treasury Index
FSLBX purchase was a straight Surfer recommendation FBIOX was partially a decision based on Surfer showing it at the top on certain time frames and the significant pullback FSAGX today was a chart play plus the Saudi situation
