...and regardless of what recommendation Sector tells me for my three searches, also called strategies, I will sell all and go to cash when this overall stock market signal drops below Zero.

I use the $USHL5 market indicator this way-

< 0 = Negative, Go to Cash
> 0 < 1000, Neutral. Follow the trend. Buy in if rising. Prepare to sell if falling.
> 1000 < 2250, Positive. Get in if not already.
> 2250 = Bullish. Stay in.
