Nonsense. I doubt Kay will sell Sfor for a million dollars. When Sfor starts getting liscencing agreements there will be plenty of others doing biz.

If ACS gets bought out.

ACS doesnt own any patents yet (not 1). They have to pay SFOR $9,000,000 first.

Who ever buys them still wont own the OOB patents that SFOR holds.

Psst, heres a secret, If ACS were bought out that most likely means they will most likely buy SFOR also to get the patents that complete Cygate. Yes, OOBA.

Whats your point?

SO many claims here that are not justified by any substance.

WRONG AGAIN! 1M -- ROTFLMAO! ;-)

CS/ACS did a promissory note with $SFOR to buy the Keystroke Encryption (KE) IP for 9M and have until 30 SEP 2020 to pay. They did the promissory note right after the MST/PF settlements 16Q1!

And that 9M is only for the KE IP, not OOB/MFA IP - worth Multi-Billions!

FACT:

https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1285543/000147793216008370/sfor_8k.htm

Effective January 28, 2016, Cyber Safety, finalized the purchase of the option to buy the keystroke encryption patents and Intellectual Property related to the GuardedIDÒ and MobileTrustÒ software pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Asset Purchase Agreement for a purchase price of Nine Million Dollars ($9,000,000), which may be paid in the form of a promissory note due by and no later than September 30, 2020. Pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Asset Purchase Agreement, StrikeForce's license granted to Cyber Safety does not affect or impact existing distributor relationships. StrikeForce, directly and through its distribution channel, will maintain the right to sell in the retail space in perpetuity.

I cant wait for the proof to surface here . Kay for many years now has been " working on big deals " close to closing big deals . Long before ACS was mentioned let alone contracted . With that said , if all "big deals" are through ACS we know whats going on . This isnt something people should be turning blind eye to . What deals are coming and who landed them ? ACS or sfor? If they all channel through ACS with the help of waller , imo that tells me the time it took was to get a channel to run revenues rather than the time to sign deals ! No im not making arguement for those who want to argue lol im simply pointing out what i see happening . Bottom line for me id never invest in sfor ability to make deals lol strictly patent lawsuit investment for me and im pretty sure thats the case with most here . Have a good day
