Actually will get a completely new public baby imo..spinoff dividend shares in a new IPO type situation without the typical offering as big boards do. Helps that Amfil been around as long as it has so SEC gives more options on spinoff situations for companies like this. Form 10 then new entity/ticker assigned I reckon. All from my DD someone else may know more!)

They dont need to find a shell. Interloc will be a new clean entity... Its a spinoff, not a reverse merger
