In submitting his resignation, Mr. Pollack did not express any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices. The Company is currently seeking a full-time Chief Financial Officer."

I'm thinking it would be a plus for the new CFO to be judgment proof. But financial experience is optional. Perhaps a negative.
