Help Wanted, full-time CFO

"RNVA, Rennova Healthcare: On October 13, 2017, Michael Pollack resigned as Interim Chief Financial Officer of the Company. In submitting his resignation, Mr. Pollack did not express any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices. The Company is currently seeking a full-time Chief Financial Officer."

I'm thinking it would be a plus for the new CFO to be judgment proof. But financial experience is optional. Perhaps a negative.
