And then there are people who concentrate on solutions to problems....
One of the first postings on the MMEX site was of the pipeline infrastructure already in place in Texas that run to the Gulf coast and to Chushing, Oklahoma. If all were easy, everyone would be building a refinery.
I live in Texas and watched the Eagle Ford oil areas get developed.

"If there were an actual business here, established refiners, like Andeavor, Alon, or Sunoco would be in the business already, ahead of a speculative venture like MMEX. MMEX assumes fantasy scenarios that can’t be realized."

1. Sorry to inform you but hundreds of thousands of businesses are started and ran by seemingly small entrepreneurs compared to the "Big Dogs". Look around you in your own city. Not every restaurant, gas station, store, repair shop is a chain. Besides every "Chain" or "big Dog" started just like MMEX is doing!
2. If this is a pump and dump, Jack and MMEX really-really-really suck at it!!!

MMEX...Perhaps because of Antitrust laws the 'big' oil refiners didn't get this project...Simple enough to understand really, without having to bloviate.
