This co has changed terms of this deal four times now - changed the record date three times -now the private placement announced a week ago that was supposed to be 1M priced at 1.25 is now 1.5M priced at 1.50.
And I'm assuming that the upcoming audited financials and stop sign removal (early Nov?) Will help volume and maintaining sp:) when bonus shares are issued.
