well this PR looks like more definitive to me the detail is there that everyone wanted.

I think it´s a good sign the PP was raised. It shows they think they can raise more money than initially thought. And I assume the postponement of the record date for the divi is because of the new 8k filed yesterday. The previous 8k was some new information together with a copy of the 8k from July. Yesterdays 8k was totally rewritten. Personally I´m much more confident now.
