How can you misconstrue my conclusion so badly? I concluded that "LQMT cannot use Eontec's IP in the field of consumer electronic devices." I did not discus any restrictions on Eontec's usage of Eontec's IP. That is a straw argument that you are presenting to deflect from your failure to rebut my conclusion.
