Seeing as how your sentence is ambiguous, I am forced to use more words. If you mean that Eontec is restricted in using Eontec IP, then I agree. Eontec is NOT restricted in using Eontec IP. However, if you mean that LQMT is restricted in using Eontec IP, then I disagree. The cross licensing agreement excluded CE, which means that LQMT cannot use Eontec IP in the field of CE.

How can you misconstrue my conclusion so badly? I concluded that "LQMT cannot use Eontec's IP in the field of consumer electronic devices." I did not discus any restrictions on Eontec's usage of Eontec's IP. That is a straw argument that you are presenting to deflect from your failure to rebut my conclusion.

Repeat this, Li is LQMT, LQMT is Li.
Therefore Li/LQMT can use Li's/Eontec's IP in CE.

Your claims in red are wrong.
