nidan, I question how thorough this author is when she errs as to when the Federal government's 2018 fiscal year begins ... it is not Sept. 2017, but October 2017 ... October 1st.

Sorry for nit-picking, but such a simple thing and she shows a certain lack of understanding and a desire to get the facts correct such that other matters in the article might also be mistaken .... where is her editor?
