Presentation Recap

*Paperwork was submitted to Finra for ticker change. Takes anywhere from 7-20 days
*Paperwork for uplist to OTCQB will be done immediately upon getting new ticker. Mgmt feels they will expand their audience of buyers once they get off the Pink Sheets. Redman has been meeting with numerous family offices who stated they will be open market buyers once they uplist
*Another independent Board member will be added very shortly (Payne came off to prepare for Nasdaq uplist next year, majority of Board must be independent and Payne is the Secretary for the Board so he'll be in the meetings regardless)
*Major IR/PR push to come upon ticket change/uplist
*The company has identified 2 other drugs that they are looking to acquire and can be gotten very cheAp. They will not be a one asset company for long
*The company is currently pursuing a licensing partner for Prolanta in Asia. Would bring in more non dilutive funding.
*Dosing for remainder of Phase I patients should commence Q4 rather than Q1 as recently stated on CC

Prolanta is the ONLY Autophagy drug currently in the clinic in the world. The few patients in the Phase I that they have data on, the drug showed efficacy and near complete response when used in conjunction with chemo, and at the lowest dose. The drug is extremely well tolerated which is the biggest reason most cancer drugs fail. The side effects are many times as bad as the cancer itself and cause death. So the fact that the only side effect is redness and itching is unheard of. That is one of the big reasons they have attracted big money investors, no side effects and showing efficacy. The mouse model data has a much larger data population but the human results mimicked the mouse data

S-1 investors have indicated to Redman they are holders through Phase I data which is mid 2018, and possibly longer if the data is compelling

There were a couple of questions about why the company is so undervalued it "cheap" Redman said it won't be for long and once the above listed catalysts take place he feels we will be several multiples higher. Biggest reason is no one knows the company exists yet. But that will change as soon as ir/or kicks in in a couple weeks

I'm a big buyer down here. I think the stock goes back to recent highs
