Strange to hear the negative opinions when the Fake Merger was called a"catalyst" for a pump yet in the Information just provided by Michaet T Redman he was quoted saying

To outright mention that to various shareholders, is, in itself a fraud can you imagine a CEO of a publically traded company telling its shareholders his stock price is going to raise when there is no product, no revenue no facility to create a product and most parties involved with Oncolix starting to flee?
Could telling random shareholders they plan to file an uplist not be Inisder Information? or a lie if There is no file?
