I wish I had more information that hasn’t already been posted on ihub, this is how I believe it will play out Apple needs lqmt to thrive in order for their investment to thrive....competition will bring revenue, Apple needs other companies to support their QI wireless charging, (where would Apple be without Microsoft and google and Samsung competition) all this will wash out in the end if Apple is the only company that provides wireless charging and 5G no one will win, the telecom companies will not support it Apple alone supporting this technology is not enough for consumers to get excited about (without competition where would the nfl,nba,mlband nhl be?), the only material that is commercially ready for wireless and 5G in CE products is Liquidmetal, graphene is about 50 years away from becoming commercial, as far as My knowledge goes, the consumers would get bored when there is no choice where would smartphones be?, I’m just thinking outside the box, none of this has any concrete evidence just my opinion...
I think our real first manufacturing commitment will come in the medical industry, then automotive to follow, CE will just be a drop in the bucket, it will get us started all this has been in play for years, once this news becomes released it will shoot our pps up real fast 0-100...have you ever been in a sports car and got glued to your seat for the raw power of g-force, well I believe this will be more in the likes of flying a supersonic get g-force once we hit the ground running;)
