Please provide a link that shows where the O/S is 50M as I only see about 4.7M in the O/S and the float, IMO, is even lower.

Whoa you are incorrect. Market Cap is 3m and change, find OS u just divide cap by PPS. Anyways OTCmarkets has updated info.
