To me that is wrong information they display!! Their shares held come into play if this is sold. If their shares do not count or matter then why is this not ten times higher than it is now?? We are at this price because the market does factor them in. It is the expansion and increased revenue that will drive the price higher from here. At the moment there is no catching up to do until the fat lady sings and news on the expansion comes.

Series A converts to 46,000,000 common. It is included in a company's earnings per share on a fully diluted basis.
