I read the whole 10K and did not get that sense of capitulation. There was wording of continued support from AW funds, etc. This was as of almost 4 months ago. To comply with SEC guidelines/rules, companies often give worst case scenarios to protect themselves though no plans exist to implement that. Just saying... Best to all here!
Ponder can renew the patents and licenses of MVTG and sell them.
In the news in Boston one piece stated that if Boston brewers does not get its numbers in order buyers will start to come around. That could be the same for MVTG.
Lots of attention on electric back up in emergencies now. Someone could use the MVTG patents profitably.
