he doesnt own anything - no IP no licences so nothing to sell except some experience and experiments

or did you mean he may hire people to work for him that will renegotiate the licences ? I guess if I owned the licences I may want some more money but why not talk to company with cash not an authorized share count

The whole 10K reads that they are dumping Mantra Energy either as an entity - sell to some one (Larry?) or just shutting up shop. The AWS business is interesting as as I calculated yesterday cash flow positive
