Guess mug shot would settle it. Find it hard to believe 2 Steve Berman running penny scams. But as you read the case and read 10qs here. Things sound vaguely similar. I'm just gonna send a report off to the sec in the morning. Let them decide if it's the same Berman or not.

Has Mr Berman officially publicly stated that he is not the same Berman? Please prove me wrong I'll drop it. Till I see Berman stating it's not him or a mug proving different people I go with the assumption it's the same Steve Berman. Like I said Heard the same thing about Henry Fong. And guess what I was right and they where wrong.
