I rely on my DD, and am never concerned about SEC warnings from people with obviously flawed claims like the one I just disproved.

Guess mug shot would settle it. Find it hard to believe 2 Steve Berman running penny scams. But as you read the case and read 10qs here. Things sound vaguely similar. I'm just gonna send a report off to the sec in the morning. Let them decide if it's the same Berman or not.
