DP - The Steve Berman who is CEO of ONCI was employed with Protext Mobility at the same time the Steven Berman busted by the Feds was serving time. It wasn't possible for our CEO to be in prison at the same time he served as CEO of TXTM (2013). Both records are verifiable through Federal Agencies (BOP and SEC).

Of course he would strategically leave that time frame blank. DD hounds have exposed the crook. Just reading through the 10q I finally realized where all there shares are coming from. Bet Berman is selling shares he didn't register. Make sure I put that in my DD profile to the SEC!
