Sorry your argument has no current reality.

Every time someone has tried claiming Liquidmetal branding it has quickly been removed.

Kang tried it with the knives.

Li tried it with Turing phone.

Apple has tied it's reputation to this name through CIP IP.

If the branding meant nothing, why has a billion dollar company associated it's name with it. Why has every company that tried using the branding quickly been stomped out.
