If what you say is true, then why did Apple not agree contractually to promote the name liquidmetal in all the products it has sold using liquidmetal?

Even Apple did not promote the sim card detente with the name Liquidmetal.

Show me one document that proves Apple quashed any one else using the name Liquidmetal.
