I wonder if the undefeated record applies to what we have in 20 days cause either way it wouldn't be a loss.

CD&T are dragged from 01/31/17 event this far not for settlement but for better negotiation dollars, but BR & RG didn't budge on any IPR /PTAB threat. I am of opinion that figure demanded from three during the 01/31/17 SC was BIG.

In this process, cane of worms pooped up & the case for CD&T becomes much much worst.(x3)
