This is the strategy the MSFT attorney chose, for the reason of backing SFOR into a bad financial corner and negotiating dirt cheap. And was actually working, until SFOR was handed up to $3M. Then attorney gets fired! Funny how that transpired. Next few weeks should be interesting. Now SFOR is posturing with plenty of cash to see them through the litigation.

The ultimate F/U to the defendants will hopefully happenin the next 3 weeks.
