Does anyone honestly think the SEC is going to revoke a company that just got FDA clearance and is trying to work with them on gaining compliance? Worst case scenario is that the company determines it is unable to work within the timeframe the SEC gives them and files for alternative reporting status. This company is not going to allow itself to fail at this juncture. That would be ridiculous with all the time, money and sweat that has been spent getting the company to this point.
