Hi #####,

As you will see from our EDGAR filings, we have been deficient for an extended period of time well in advance of our news release and 8K this week.

We will contact the SEC to see how we can regain compliance and the timeframe available to us.

Our intention will be to become current, however that is dependent on the results of our discussions with the SEC, the timing available to us and the funding available to become compliant.

Can you please tell me are you going to take any action regarding the Sec Notification of compliance. When did the sec contact you regarding compliance, was it after the%13,000 run recently.
