Yes, and that's exactly the point, but what would you do if you were Apple? If you were the CEO of Apple and unhappy this deal was made with Lugee Li, would you do business with LQMT?

Put another way, if you were Lugee Li and knew Apple was unhappy with you buying in to LQMT and likely wouldn't do business with you because of that, would you still buy in knowing you probably killed your shot at the customer ("fruit company") you have been seeking?

However, the willful patent infringement of the Eon patent with the Apple logo is not speculation. That patent was filed and published along with the logo. Apple had to give their OK or Eon is in a heap of doo-doo.
