Some questions:

Do you think bulk amorphous alloys are more important to Lugee Li than they are to Apple?

Is Apple Lugee's only means to his ends?

How many IP lawsuits has Apple lost in the last 20 years?
How many IP lawsuits has Apple won in the last 20 years?

If the European market and the US markets were all that important for Lugee, why would he give a cross license to LQMT for those regions?

What regions of the world have the potential to grow manufacturing at the highest rates? Is it Europe and North America? Or are the regions of greatest growing populations over which Lugee has effective control when it comes to patent rights and contractual territories assigned him?

Where does Lugee have the most clout and protection? Government wise and economic momentum wise?

It used to be that you could only make money exporting to Europe and the US. I do not believe that is the case with Lugee. He has only gone to these areas to extract technology. and once you have the technology and manufacturing base, you can pick and choose your markets and pay royalties if needs be, but pretty much be a monopoly in rigged regions of the world which protect you IP wise, but not necessarily protect those who bring a suit against you.

We are talking about nationalism here and self-interest.

Do you really think that Apple is going to control the world outside of the US European borders?
