Instead of relying on a "interpretation" of facts, I am believing what the CONTRACT says in very clear and explicit black and white language. In particular, section 2.2, the license grant from Eontec to LQMT is subject to Field of Use Restrictions. Appendix C, the license granted to LQMT SHALL EXCLUDE consumer electronic products.

I guess we will have to agree to disagree.
