No, The patents granted to Eontec/Li have restrictions that are also applicable to LQMT since Li will be the majority holder and the Agreement is considered a change of ownership, so Apple makes it clear to Eontec/Li/LQMT that those select CIP released patents come with restrictions not only on Eontec but also Li at LQMT.

So that Li (majority LQMT holder) can’t then transfer back use of the released patents granted to Eontec,
(under the cross license deal) back to LQMT for use in CE.

Thats why Apple made sure to clearly state that those CIP restrictions apply to all parties. The CIP patents, Not the Eontec patents. So no backdoor use for Li/LQMT of the released Patents to Eontec.

The Granted Patents are CIP to Eontec, with restriction on all parties (EON/LQMT/LI)
Its only the released CIP patents that have restrictions on them for Eontec and reinforced for LQMT.
No restrictions on Li's Eontec IP.

Again its the interpretation of those facts that matter.
