The cross license agreement covers the certain IP in the supporting document which is tied to Liquidmetal. Just don't see any agreement that prohibits Eontec with their own IP that Apple has no right to. Don't get me wrong I'm not saying your wrong or right but unless you have a confirmation from the horses mouth then points are moot.
