I respectfully submit that it is important. Whether LQMT can or cannot use Eontec's IP in the field of consumer electronic products could open or close many potential contracts.

I hope it is now settled. See post #128880 (http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=134631606), which quotes directly from the Eontec-LQMT cross licensing agreement, the license granted to LQMT by Eontec excludes consumer electronic products.
