Berthold has pocketed and embezzled money from the company for years. He was even a partner in the previous auditing firm which went out of business. He has hidden bank accounts, failed to file material information with the SEC.
A very large complaint is going to the SEC and I would welcome everyone to send any additional information. Hopefully, we will get justice on this little baldy and he can spend the last good years of his life behind bars.
The guy is a total fraud and believes himself untouchable but we shall see who laughs last!!!!
