I still don't understand what you don't understand... they own the company valued at 6.3 million + 4M million in shares of the company if they don't cancel them. How is that not better? They can still sell the "big rich ass company" since they own 51% of the commons, just for a whole lot more money.

So what you're saying is they bought 51% and now they are just going to flush them down the toilet? Just because? No one has given a valid reason for commons to get wiped along with their 51%..... there's no reason to lol.
