I still don't understand how you guys don't get it...they bought 51% of the common shares and bought the outstanding debt to get the Co. They now own IT....They DONT need the common shares anymore....how hard is that to understand that they bought the CO by buying the shares.... THEY DONT NEED THEM anymore , hence your shares are worthless soon... the company is worth more than 6.3 million...and they OWN it...no more common shares. Just a big rich ass company to sell...imo
